• EQT Infrastructure Fund on the sale of an energy company Adven Group
• Gategroup Holding AG on the purchase of 100% stake in Inflight Service Group, which is a leading operator in the Nordic travel retail market
• Flora Ehitus and Kemiflora in the sale of six developed business immovables to a local retailer
• ACTA, the holding company of Kiwa and Shield Group International, on the acquisition of Inspecta, which the leading provider of inspection, testing and certification services in Northern Europe
• Sportland International Group on restructuring and on the sale of 60% of the shares to leading UK sports retailer Sports Direct International.
