TARK Advised Velo Partners on the Investment into Pixster

With the legal guidance of law office TARK, Velo Partners acquired shares of software developer Pixster OÜ. Velo Partners is a United Kingdom based company that invests and manages a portfolio across the global gaming and gambling industry, investing globally into gaming and gambling industry spanning mobile, online, land-based, real-money, social, B2B and B2C assets.

Pixster OÜ is an Estonian software developer that is engaged in programming and developing of gaming software that has launched many successful games.

TARK team advised Velo Partners on drafting and negotiating of transaction documents and closing of the deal, whereby the project was led by partners Hannes Küün and Tanel Tark.
